We have an unspoilt elegant 3 mile promenade running directly opposite the hotel, walk one way and you'll reach Holywell with its quaint tea chalet at the foot of Beachy Head and the other way takes you up to the pier and top of Terminus Road where you'll find bars and restaurants. If you're up for a bigger walk carry on up to the Sovereign Harbour where you'll find shops and restaurants. The town centre is just a leisurely stroll away and boasts a selection of high street stores with all the big names within the Beacon Centre and also a Cineworld cinema.

If you like watersports then Spray Watersports Centre is only a short distance away and if you're into tenpin bowling then Tenpin is close by too.
