Lansdowne Hotel by Best Western We have 98 well furnished bedrooms of which we have 7 double bedded executive rooms, 3 superior rooms and a Junior Suite, all south facing. All executive, superior and suite rooms are provided with bottled water and upgraded toiletries. We also have a number of family rooms available some of which are newly refurbished and can accommodate a family of 4.
Please note that the hotel has an ongoing refurbishment programme. Recently refurbished rooms are subject to availability and not guaranteed when making your reservation.
Dogs are allowed in the certain pet friendly areas and owners are held responsible for any damage they may cause. You can eat breakfast in the bar with your dog (this then becomes a pet free zone until the following morning) and we have an area where you can eat dinner with your dog too. The Charge is £15.00 per dog, per day (no food supplied).
Please note that children under 13 are accommodated free of charge if using existing bedding. Please note that not all rooms can accommodate a extra bed and must be confirmed by the hotel.
Children under 13 years old are free of charge for breakfast.
We have 2 disabled friendly rooms (adapted bathroom with wet room) - both are Standard Twin rooms.
Many of our rooms have beautiful antique furniture which gives them added character. The far-reaching views of the sea and Beachy Head are breath-taking.
All rooms are en-suite and have tea-making facilities, plenty of drawer and hanging space, hairdryer and access to free Wi-Fi.

Sea View Family Room: one double bed and one single bed and is located at the front of the hotel overlooking the sea
Standard Family Room: one double bed and one single bed and is located inland with views of the surroundings buildings and the garages

Extra beds are available upon request and can be accommodated in the family rooms - free of charge for children under 13 years old.
Cots are also available free of charge.
Pets are more than welcome at the Best Western Lansdowne Hotel so you don't need to worry about the expense of kennels or missing your beloved pooch!

Located in the lower ground floor, the Jevington Room can be transformed into a Games Room on request. Pool and Table Tennis, plus two Snooker tables, one of them full size.
